John Dooley
John Dooley is Head of Science, Technology and Basic Research Policy, Forfás.
John previously worked within the chemical safety programme at the Health and Safety Authority where he was responsible for the policy and regulation of industries subject to the control of major accident hazardous legislation. Prior to this he held senior management positions in the chemical and high technology sector industries.
John holds degrees in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and professional accounting and finance qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
